According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Miesha Shakes wants Montia Sabbag, the woman at the center of Hart's 2017 sex tape scandal, to testify as a witness. Hart sued Shakes claiming she broke a non-disclosure agreement by discussing his private life in an interview with a blogger. Shakes argues Hart broke the deal first and that the agreement is void, and says he damaged his own reputation over the years, pointing to the 2017 scandal as an example. Sabbag sued Hart for $60 million in 2019; he denied wrongdoing and that case was dismissed. Shakes says she plans to take the stand herself and call Hart to testify too. The case is ongoing.

A man wanted for attempted murder was taken into custody at Trippie Redd's Southwest Ranches, Florida home on Tuesday evening during a search-warrant raid. Miami Police say officers were looking for 25-year-old Braveone Jones, also known as BalloutDaDon, in connection with a September 15 shooting outside a Wynwood restaurant that left two men, ages 18 and 23, hospitalized. Jones was found at the property around 6 p.m. and now faces two firearm-related attempted second-degree murder charges, with bond set at $15,000 per count. Davie Police served the warrant with help from Fort Lauderdale and Sunrise police, the Broward Sheriff's Office, the ATF and Plantation Police SWAT, while Miami Police are leading the investigation. Police have not explained how Jones is connected to the rapper, and the investigation is ongoing.
